OUR TEAM

Mr. Watson (Advisor)

Mr. Watson has led the Robotics Team at Nightingale for 5 years, since it began. He is helpful, encouraging, and uses his years of coding and building experience to help the team. He also has an interest in film.

Stephanie (Captain)

Stephanie is a senior at Nightingale. She takes the lead on autonomous and all coding aspects of our robot Stephanie has been at Nightingale since Kindergarten and has watched the Robotics Team grow. She likes baking and her dogs.

Eana (Captain)

Eana is a junior at Nightingale. Outside of the maker space, she is the co-head of Nightingale’s Current Events Club and a member of Nightingale’s debate team. In her free time, she enjoys ceramics and baking.

Anna

Anna is a junior at Nightingale. She joined the Nightingale community two years ago after having attended City and Country School. This is Anna’s second year on the team, and she is helping build and design the drive train. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music.

Morgan

Morgan is a sophomore at Nightingale and this is her second year on the team. She is excited to help design and construct our drive train. When she is not in the maker space, she is a trapeze artist on Long Island and enjoys crocheting.

Isabelle

Isabelle is a sophomore at Nightingale. This is her second year on the team, and she is helping build and design the drive train. When she has a moment away from the maker space, she is an avid reader, enjoys drawing, and watching Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Cici

Cici is a sophomore at Nightingale and this is her first year on the Robotics Team. She is excited to get involved in building the robot and the design process. Cici enjoys playing video games and drawing.

Emmanualle

Emmanualle is a junior at Nightingale and this is her first year on the team. She designs our robot using CAD and builds the robot as well! She also loves to cook.

Carolina

Carolina is a junior at Nightingale. This is her first year on the team, and she writes a lot of our autonomous programs. She is also an awesome mathlete at Nightingale!

Kiran

Kiran is a junior at Nightingale and this is her first year on the team. She designs our robot using CAD and builds the robot as well! She loves to sew and makes her own clothing.

Emma

Emma is a sophomore at Nightingale and this is her first year on the team. She helps with building our drive train and gripper intake. She also really likes reading.

Shrujana

Shrujana is the only freshman on our team! She helps with the outreach aspects of our team and also helps build the robot. She loves to sing and even participated in our school's talent show!
